What do I need it for?
It allows you to access basic services and rights such as public health and school for minors. It’s also necessary for procedures such as:
- Requesting a TIE/NIE for non EU citizens
- Social Integration Residence
- Family Reunification
- Getting married or establishing domestic partnerships

Those people that come to Barcelona from other municipalities within Spain of from another country.
